Yes, we cater to a diverse range of clients. Our portfolio spans private luxury homes, apartments, offices, hotels, and more. We work with homeowners, entrepreneurs, corporate organizations – anyone who desires a premium, custom-designed space. We start with an initial consultation (free of charge) to understand your needs, style, and budget. After that, we proceed in phases – concept design, design development with 3D visuals, and then project execution. You’ll receive design proposals and mood boards to review, and we welcome your feedback at each stage. Once designs are approved, we handle all project management and construction. Throughout the process, we communicate regularly so you’re never in the dark. (See our Design Process on the Home page for more details.)
Absolutely. We offer bespoke furniture pieces through our ÌTURA Collection and can create custom items upon request. If you just need a set of chairs, a dining table, or any signature piece, we’re happy to design and produce it for you. We also occasionally have curated décor items for sale. Contact us with your furniture needs, and we’ll work out options that suit your style and space.
The timeline depends on the scope and complexity. A single-room makeover might take 4–6 weeks, whereas a full home or office could range from 3–6 months from design to handover. After our initial consultation, we provide a project plan with estimated timelines. Rest assured, our team is committed to timely delivery – we pride ourselves on finishing projects on schedule without compromising quality. We also keep you updated on progress along the way.
Yes, we do. While we are based in Lagos, we have worked remotely with clients in Abuja and even Nigerians in the diaspora to design their homes and offices. Thanks to technology, we can conduct virtual consultations and deliver designs anywhere. For execution outside Lagos, we can travel or partner with reliable contractors in your location. Our Studio Falaye Academy also offers online courses, reflecting our ability to connect beyond our immediate locale. Wherever you are, if you love our style, we’ll find a way to work together.
Simply reach out to us via email or phone! We’ll discuss your project briefly and then likely schedule an in-depth consultation. During the consultation (in person or virtual), we’ll talk about your vision, requirements, timeline, and budget. After that, we’ll prepare a design proposal including scope of work and fees. Once you approve and we sign an agreement, the LMD team will get to work making your dream space a reality.
